BUILDING CONSENSUS FOR A NEW LAKE TAHOE TRAIL
The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) came to East River PR & Marketing to conduct an outreach and engagement campaign for a trail feasibility study along Tahoe’s west shore.
Tasked with building awareness for the project, we leveraged our expertise and deep connections to engage stakeholders, generate media interest, track outreach efforts and provide go-forward recommendations to TRPA.
A suite of communication tools were developed to engage the community, including a logo and website. Multiple public workshops were held, direct mailers, surveys and e-newsletters were created and distributed, analytics were compiled and regional news stories were secured.
